Virginia!

We have added a new location! Thank you to the great people of Lynchburg, Virginia and surrounding areas including Forest, Madison Heights, and Appomattox for being so welcoming. We opened up shop here in early August, and are now ready to serve you!

To our newest possible clients, Cookiebytes started up in Michigan as a dream to start a better PC repair company. A company that cares about your security, your desktop, your laptop, your smart devices, and of course YOU! We realize when you lose files, they arent just photos they are memories of grandparents. They’re not just spreadsheets, they’re important tax documents or your budget. They mean something to you, and in turn it means something to us. Rest assured, we will do everything we can to help you preserve those. We also provide consulting with our “nephew” mindset. We make sure that when you go shopping for a new laptop or other tech, that you have no pushy salesmen, no unknown variables, and you dont pay for more than you want or need.
